Sebastien Tien is the founder and director of Page Not Found in The Hague, a space dedicated to artistic publishing and to publications as an independent form of contemporary artistic practice. His work focuses on the intersection of art, publishing practices and independent cultural communities, as well as on creating new possibilities for the circulation of and engagement with art beyond traditional exhibition spaces.
