Artmark

Founded in 2008, Artmark is a leading auction house in Romania and an established player in the art market in Southeastern Europe. For over 15 years, the company has organized more than 500 auctions and has offered over 150,000 works and collectibles.

In 2022, Artmark expanded its operations in Bulgaria, marking the beginning of a new stage in the development of the local art market. 2024 marked the first full year of Artmark Bulgaria’s auction activity in Sofia. The four main auctions for Bulgarian art realized total sales of 1.36 million euros and achieved a record average annual success rate of 90.52%.

Among the landmark events is the first Artmark duplex auction, held simultaneously in Sofia and Bucharest in December 2024.

In November 2025, Artmark held its first auction for contemporary art at VIVACOM ART HALL Oborishte 5, which realized sales worth 260,350 euros, with 72.96% of lots sold.

The auctions in Sofia attract hundreds of visitors and report strong live participation, confirming the sustained interest in Bulgarian art.

By the end of 2026, Artmark will organize 3 auctions for Fine Art on October 21, November 18 and December 16.
