Ticket Types

Sofia Art Fair offers several types of tickets that grant access to the event on different days and visit formats. All tickets are purchased online through the official website: https://sofiaartfair.art/tickets/ After successful payment, you will receive an electronic ticket (PDF) with a unique QR code, which must be presented at the entrance to the event.

One-day ticket: October 9, 10 or 11, 2026

The one-day ticket provides access to Sofia Art Fair for one selected day. It is suitable for visitors who plan a short visit to the exhibition.

The ticket is valid for a single entry on the day it is purchased for and includes:
• access to all exhibition halls
• access to the outdoor exhibition area
• access to the lectures and discussions from the SAF Talks program on the day
• AR/VR zone
• Kids zone
• Coffee area with the opportunity for meetings and networking
• Cloakroom

Weekend ticket: October 10 and 11, 2026

The weekend ticket provides access to Sofia Art Fair during the two weekend days of the event. This is a suitable option for visitors who wish to explore the fair in more detail.

The ticket allows one entry for each of the two days for which it is valid and includes
• access to all exhibition halls
• access to the outdoor exhibition area
• access to the lectures and discussions from the SAF Talks program on the respective days
• AR/VR zone
• Kids zone
• Coffee area with the opportunity for meetings and networking
• Cloakroom

Three-day ticket: October 9, 10 and 11, 2026

The three-day ticket provides access to all three days of Sofia Art Fair. This ticket is intended for visitors, collectors and professionals who wish to actively participate in the fair’s program.

The ticket allows one entry for each of the three days of the event and includes
• access to all exhibition halls
• access to the outdoor exhibition area
• access to the lectures and discussions from the SAF Talks program on all three days
• AR/VR zone
• Kids zone
• Coffee zone with the opportunity to meet and network
• Cloakroom

All tickets for Sofia Art Fair are issued as electronic tickets (e-tickets). After purchase, you will receive a ticket in PDF format with a unique QR code. The ticket can be used from a mobile phone or as a printed ticket. The QR code is scanned at the entrance to the event.

* Admission is free for persons under 18 years of age.

Online ticket purchase

1. Ticket selection
The user can purchase tickets for the event via the page https://sofiaartfair.art/tickets/. This page lists the available ticket types, as well as information about their scope and validity. The user selects the desired ticket type from the drop-down menu.

2. Quantity selection
After selecting the ticket type, the user indicates the number of tickets they wish to purchase.

3. Add to order
After selecting the ticket type and quantity, the user adds the tickets to their order via the “Buy Ticket” button. The selected tickets are added to the virtual cart.

4. Filling in order data
On the order page, the user should fill in the required data for making the purchase, including a valid email address to which the purchased tickets will be sent.

If you wish to issue an invoice, the user should check the relevant option and fill in the required company data.

The user should also enter the name and surname of the holders of the purchased tickets, according to the selected type and number of tickets.

5. Order confirmation and selection of payment method
After filling in the required data, the user confirms the order via the “Buy” button.

If the required fields are filled in correctly, the system automatically redirects the user to the secure payment page of Fibank.bg, where the payment is processed.

6. Making the payment
The user enters the required data for his debit or credit card and confirms the payment according to the requirements of the payment operator.

7. Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, the user receives an email confirming the order. After payment is completed, the system returns the goods

The user will be redirected to a page where purchased tickets can be downloaded in PDF format.

8. Receiving tickets
Electronic tickets (e-tickets) are also sent to the email address specified by the user. Each ticket contains a unique QR code, which serves to verify the validity of the ticket and control access to the event.

9. Access to the event
Access to the event is achieved by presenting a valid QR code from the electronic ticket – on a mobile device or as a printed ticket. The QR code is scanned at the entrance to the event.

Validity and use of tickets

• One-day tickets entitle you to a single entry to the event on the relevant day for which they are valid.
• Weekend tickets entitle you to a single entry for each of the two days for which they are valid.
• Three-day tickets entitle you to one entry for each of the three days of the event.
• Each ticket contains a unique QR code that can only be used once for the corresponding day. After a successful scan, the QR code is considered used and cannot be reused.
• The organizer is not responsible for tickets that are copied, shared or used by third parties without the consent of their holder. Access to the event is granted to the person who first presents a valid QR code.
• The ticket holder is responsible for its storage and preventing unauthorized use.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Purchased tickets are not subject to return or refund of the amount paid, except in cases of cancellation of the event by the organizer.
• In the event of cancellation of the event, holders of purchased tickets will be notified through the official communication channels of Sofia Art Fair and will receive information about the conditions and method of refunding the amounts paid.
• In the event of a change in the dates of the event, tickets remain valid for the new dates, unless the organizer announces otherwise.
• The organizer is not responsible for additional costs incurred by visitors in connection with their participation in the event, including, but not limited to, costs for transportation, accommodation or other services.

Changes to the program

• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, participants, exhibitors, hours of operation or other elements of the event when this is necessary for organizational, technical or other objective reasons.
• Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund of the value of purchased tickets.

Access and visit rules

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse access or remove visitors who violate the rules of the event, create a security risk or disrupt public order.
• In such cases, the value of the purchased ticket is not subject to refund.
• Visitors must comply with all safety rules, instructions of the organizers and security personnel, as well as the rules of the relevant event venue.
