Buying Tickets

How can I buy a ticket for Sofia Art Fair?

Tickets are purchased online via the official website:

Select the ticket type, number of tickets, fill in the required details and pay with a debit or credit card via the secure Fibank payment system.

Do I need to create a user profile to buy a ticket?

No. Purchasing a ticket does not require a user account registration.

How will I receive my tickets?

After successful payment, you will receive an email with your electronic tickets in PDF format. Tickets can also be downloaded from the successful order page.

How is the ticket used at the entrance?

Each ticket contains a unique QR code. It can be presented at the entrance to the event from a mobile phone or as a printed ticket.

Problems receiving a ticket

I did not receive my ticket by email. What should I do?

First, check the Spam / Junk folder in your email. If you have not received your ticket within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact the organizers via the contact form on the website.

I paid, but I did not receive a confirmation. What does this mean?

It is possible that the payment was not successfully processed. Check if the amount has been charged to your card. If in doubt, contact the Sofia Art Fair team.

Ticket validity and use

How many times can I use my ticket?

Each ticket contains a unique QR code and can only be used once for the respective day.

What is the difference between a one-day, weekend and three-day ticket?
  • One-day ticket – single entry for the selected day
  • Weekend ticket – one entry for each of the two days
  • Three-day ticket – one entry for each of the three days of the event

Return and change of tickets

Can I return a purchased ticket?

No. According to the Consumer Protection Act, tickets for fixed-date events are not subject to return or exchange.

What happens if the event is canceled?

In case of cancellation, the organizer will announce the conditions and procedure for refunds through the official website and communication channels of Sofia Art Fair.

What happens if the event dates change?

Tickets remain valid for the new dates, unless the organizer announces otherwise.

Transferring and sharing tickets

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes, the ticket can be used by another person if the QR code has not been used. Access to the event will be granted to the person who first presents a valid QR code at the entrance.

What happens if my ticket is copied or shared?

The organizer is not responsible for tickets that are copied or shared. Access will be granted to the person who first presents a valid QR code.
