
Snezhana Krusteva
Curator, Head of Curatorial Programs
Currently curator and head of curatorial programs at Diriyah Contemporary Art Biennale 2024 in Saudi Arabia, co-founder of the Eastern Balkan Institute of Art and Architecture, Sofia. Completed a bachelor’s program at Nanjing University, China. In the period 2004-2007 managed the Beijing Tokyo Art Projects gallery before joining the Ullens Center for Contemporary art. In 2009 settled in London where he completed a curatorial MA program at Goldsmith College. Later, from 2013, he was a curator at the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art in Moscow, where he realized a series of large-scale projects, the most prominent of which focused on exploring the alternative Moscow scene and exploring a wide range of under-thought-out and little-commented social and cultural phenomena in Russia.
